I work collaboratively with organizational leaders and teams to improve the overall effectiveness of an organization as well as facilitate the integration of organizations resulting from mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations. I am highly successful in organizational culture transformation from its current state to its greater potential.

Organizational leaders are better equipped to understand their vision and goals for the organization and develop a shared vision and action plan for change among all organizational levels. Through interviews, surveys, training/workshops, facilitated group sessions, and coaching sessions, individuals and teams will be able to:

  • Understand the current organizational culture(s) and assess the impact the culture has on the organization's performance and effectiveness
  • Define an ideal culture and identify levers for change
  • Develop and implement an action plan to improve overall organizational performance and effectiveness
  • Effectively manage change and facilitate the transition to the new "ideal" organization.
