Group Facilitation
I work with organizational leaders and teams to provide facilitation for meetings, projects, strategic planning sessions, leadership/employee off-sites, focus groups, and any other session or gathering that requires collective input from two or more individuals to accomplish and objective.
My role as a facilitator is to:
- Provide the process and structure to assist a group in meeting its objectives
- Provide an open and collaborative climate
- Continuously observe and assess group behavior and intervene where appropriate
- Minimize disruptive behavior and emphasize constructive behavior
- Help the group generate ideas, evaluate alternatives, and reach a consensus on the most workable solution.
